BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Beginning September 2024, any service booked more than 3 days ahead in the calendar will require a $50 non refundable deposit to confirm your booking. This deposit goes towards the total cost of the service you book. Alternatively you can make a full payment in lieu of your deposit during the time of your booking. All deposits and/or payments can be etransferred to unfilteredbeautyca@gmail.com

Please note that in British Columbia a 12% tax will be added to all services & a 5% tax will be added to all Alberta service appointments.

WHY DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED

Deposits are required when booking in order to confirm your appointment slot and to protect my time and business. When clients do not show up or cancel last minute, a small business such as myself loses potential clients who actually wanted that time and service. As an entrepreneur I ask that you respect my time and business just as you would any larger business.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO SHOW POLICY

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so one time and a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your appointment in order for your deposit to be transferrable to a new date & time.

If you cancel less than 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

If you do NOT show up to your appointment or are more than 15 minutes late without notifying me, your deposit will also be forfeited.

Should you wish to reschedule after a no show, you will be required to pay the full amount of your service in order to book an appointment.

In the event that you are not feeling well, please let me know at your earliest convenience to cancel your appointment. If you have a Cold, Flu like or Covid like symptoms, I ask that you wait a minimum of 10 days to schedule your next appointment in order to be safe.

Unfiltered Beauty takes all precautions and follows strict sanitary protocols when it comes to services. I ensure that all services are done in a safe, sterile environment to reduce risk of infection to clients. I am a 4x certified artist, licensed by the City of Vancouver and Health Inspected by Vancouver Coastal Health, so you’re in great hands!
