BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Starting January 2025, a 30% booking fee will be required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied to the total cost of the service you book. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount for the service at the time of booking, instead of the booking fee.
Please note that a 12% tax will be added to all services in British Columbia.
*While tips are not expected, they are always appreciated!
WHY A BOOKING FEE IS NOW REQUIRED
Booking fees are now required when scheduling an appointment to help protect my time and business. When clients miss appointments or cancel last minute, small businesses like mine lose out on potential clients who were hoping to secure that time and service. I kindly ask that you respect my time and business in the same way you would any larger company.

PAYMENTS
Full payment for services is due at the time of your appointment, and can be made via cash, e-transfer, or through accepted payment methods on Square. No exceptions.
APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING, LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS POLICY
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once, provided it is done at least 7 days in advance. Your original booking fee will be transferred to the new appointment time.
Rescheduling Within 7 Days: If you need to reschedule within 7 days of your original appointment, a $50 rebooking fee will be required to change the time.
Late Arrivals or No-Shows: If you are more than 10 minutes late or do not show up, your booking fee will be forfeited, and your appointment will be canceled. To reschedule, the full payment for the treatment is required in place of a new booking fee.
Late Arrivals (Up to 10 Minutes): If you are 10 minutes late AND I feel that there is still time to complete your treatment without compromising the service, a $50 late fee will be added to the full service price. Please note that appointments that are late by 15 minutes or more will not be taken.
While I understand that life can be unpredictable—traffic, parking, and other delays happen—please allow yourself ample time to arrive. As a small business owner, one late or missed appointment can have a significant impact on my operations.

ILLNESS
If you're feeling unwell (genuinely sick) on the day of your appointment, I’m happy to help you reschedule. However, please be aware that a $50 rebooking fee will apply for the new appointment.
If you're experiencing cold, flu-like, or COVID-like symptoms, I kindly ask that you wait at least 10 days before rescheduling your appointment to ensure everyone's safety.
REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds on products or services. Pre paid packages can be applied to different treatments, however the original price will be calculated for any services used and the remainder will be deducted or owed accordingly.
OMBRE & NANO COMBO BROW PROMOTIONS
These promotions include a complimentary Touch Up appointment once the brows have healed, 6-8 weeks after the initial treatment. It is the client's responsibility to schedule this Touch Up within this time frame. Any Touch Up appointment scheduled 3 months (12 weeks) or later up to 12 months after the initial treatment, will be subject to charges.
PRIVACY POLICY
We take your privacy seriously. All credit card transactions are processed securely using encrypted technology to ensure your sensitive information is protected. We do not store or share your credit card details. Any personal information provided during your interaction with us, including contact details, will only be used to process your services, manage appointments, and communicate important updates. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent. Your trust is important to us, and we are committed to safeguarding your information.
SAFETY PROCEDURES
Unfiltered Beauty takes all precautions and follows strict sanitary protocols when it comes to services. I ensure that all services are done in a safe, sterile environment to reduce risk of infection to clients. I am a 5x certified artist and Unfiltered Beauty is licensed by the City of Vancouver and Health Inspected by Vancouver Coastal Health, so you’re in great hands!
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at my discretion. This decision may be based on factors including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, violation of policies, or circumstances that may compromise the safety and well-being of my clients and business. Thank you!
